Whether you aspire for roles in management, HR, or other organizational endeavors, these programs can help you go far in your career. Both programs will help you develop a better understanding of how people think and behave, along with skills that can help you make a difference in many different areas of business, such as: human resources, organizational development, employee training, sales, marketing, and more. Depending on which program you pursue, the curriculum could include social psychology, abnormal psychology, individual and group factors in the workplace, and the psychology of leadership. You will also work on your problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills throughout your program.
Master of Science (MS) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Elevate your career and drive organizational success with a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Through this 36-credit-hour program, you will gain expertise in applying psychological principles to enhance workplace morale, productivity, training, and change management. Delve into the psychology of leadership, performance, motivation, evidence based coaching, and other critical areas to become a catalyst for positive transformation in organizations.
4 + 1 (BS + MS) in Psychology & Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Learn what it takes to apply psychology to your life and your career outside the mental health field. Pursue two distinct degrees, a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in industrial/organizational psychology, in only five years! This 141-credit-hour program offers insights into individual, group, and organizational dynamics to help you find ways to improve the well-being and performance of your associates, your organization, and your future.
