At Baker College, we offer two business administration programs with a management focus to help you develop the skills you need to take charge of your career. Whether you are just starting out or you’ve been around the business block, these programs offer a blend of business and management essentials to help you take the next step. Curriculum in both programs explores accounting, finance, marketing, business law, and other business fundamentals in addition to studies in risk management, HR management, and applied leadership. Coursework is also designed to hone your professional skills in areas like critical thinking, problem solving, and communication.
Both programs are accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
Climb the first rung on your management career ladder with a 120-credit-hour bachelor’s degree that explores the ins and outs of management in today’s corporate environment. Coursework covers a mix of administrative, management, and leadership techniques and strategies as well as business fundamentals in areas like finance, accounting, marketing, and more.
4+1 (BBA + MBA) in Management
Take your management career to a leadership level as you pursue two distinct business degrees on a shortened five-year academic path. Coursework for your 141-credit-hour program covers advanced management concepts in accounting, business analytics, risk, international business, and more. Your program also explores business fundamentals like human behavior, economics, operations, marketing, and more to help you pursue leadership opportunities in any industry.
