With a long history of prioritizing the needs of students and providing personalized support and innovative programs, Baker’s commitment is evident through the expansion of The Culinary Institute of Michigan, from initially just a Muskegon offering to the 2012 construction and 2013 opening of the Port Huron Campus. CIM stands out as one of only four U.S. institutions to earn the prestigious “Recognition of Quality Culinary Education” from the World Association of Chefs’ Societies, with its programs being accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC).
